Working relationship in Beijing
Currently we have multiple level one (immediate raise) projects and are assisting many other sponsors. I have attached CN working brochure indicating some of our current statuses.
EB-5 has been a successful program and as of 5/1/2012, USCIS reported 2,101 approved I-526 petitions in the first two quarters of FY2012. A full year at this rate will be approximately 4,200 I-526 petitions and the Program will account for a minimum of over $2.1B in foreign direct investment with an economic impact of over 42,000 U.S. jobs – all at no cost to the American taxpayer this year alone. This an amazing milestone considering our weak economic condition here with the unemployment rate stuck above 8.0%.
The mastery of it all is to pre-qualify meeting both Chinese and US standards for immigration investment. Or to say pick the cream of the crop. Our network picks the winners that will be approved and that this network contributed to 40% of those cases that were approved and accepted to USCIS last 4 months.
. Our approach utilizes multiple strategies, including ours and other agencies working the rails. Noah and I travel extensively to Asia dozens of times over the last few years developing associations. We have full confidence in our recommendation and proper approach to provide you a solid pipeline of funds.
We can handle any raise but its critical the capital stack is solid, proven and job creation met with these projects. This means our due diligence will be tight. Also, Noah and I will make sure the project attributes meet the Chinese POV in their appeal and peace of mind. http://cnglobalpartner.com
